21. Is God visible to us in this world?
The following verses (2:55, 4:153, 6:103, 7:143, 25:21) ascertain no including the prophets had seen God or could ever be seen at all by anyone in this world. And even in the hereafter world only the virtuous would be graced with seeing Him.
Even Prophet Muhammad though had a conversation, had not seen Him in this world.
‘When Prophet Muhammad was queried whether he had seen his God, he replied ‘He is light’ how can I see Him.

It is declared ‘He is luminous’ in the originals, (But some have wrongly translated it as ‘He is surrounded by light’. This is their imagination.)
Ayesha (RA) has declared that Prophet Muhammad has never seen God.
Hadith Book: Bukhari 3234, 4855, 7380.
Verse 7:143 says that even Prophet Musa could not see God.
When people of Prophet Musa’s community demanded him to make God appear before them, they were struck with thunder killing them instantly. Verse 6:103 says ‘He cannot be captured by any vision, but He observes everything’. Through these verses we come to understand that God is not visible to anybody in this world. Intelligent thinking will lead us to a conclusion that the ideology with invisible God is best suited for humankind.
The belief that God is visible to everyone in this life will mean more of bad than good to humans.
There are several sages and mendicants who hoodwink people by telling them that they have seen God.
If the public at large concludes that God can never be seen, while in this world most frauds committed by people could be obliterated.
