68. Enforceable Islamic laws compatible with human endurance. 

These verses of the Quran 2:185, 2:220, 2:233, 2:286, 4:28, 5:6, 6:152, 7:42, 23:62, 65:7 convey that Quranic laws are laid down taking into consideration the endurance of humans.

These phrases provide a solution to many issues. 

In some cases, depending upon the period we live, country, region, health, sickness, senility we may not be able to enforce Islamic laws. These conditions act as a solution for these people. Allah will not hold responsible for not having implemented laws that are not enforceable in the said circumstances. 

For example, Islamic political laws cannot be implemented in India, because it is not under Islamic rule. And non-implementation of Islamic laws in India cannot be construed as a violation of Islam. If keenly observed these phrases can be found to render solutions to many problems.
